If you’ve been wondering why my Web site has not been updated since 2023, the answer is simple. Kathy and I started getting involved in 2023, and then we got married in 2024. For nearly all of those years we have been taking trips together. I have inevitably lost some time that could be devoted to this site. But I have no regrets.
I have continued my solo trips, but the more important trips have been with Kathy, and I thought I should do something to show them here. This little section of the site is devoted to these trips. It is not up to the standards of the rest of the site, but at least you can see some of what we have done and where we’ve been. Here is what is available:
2023: Badlands National Park
2024: Big Bend National Park, Death Valley National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton NP, several parks in Utah. (Yellowstone and Grand Teton occurred during our honeymoon.)
2025: Big Bend National Park, Big Bend Ranch State Park, Colorado, Chicago Basin, Near the Arizona/Utah border
2026: You’ll have to wait until the end of summer
