Spring 2017: Bryce Canyon National Park

Bryce Canyon did not fit my definition of an “adventure” because I merely drove there and went on a short hike.  I suppose it was a little adventure.  In any case, it produced some pictures I liked.  I hope you like them too.

Knowingly or not, I bet almost everyone has seen a picture of the Amphitheater at Bryce Canyon. Of course, it’s much more impressive in person. It’s three times as wide as you see here.
Would you believe there’s a trail that goes down into the amphitheater? There are more than one!

What do you see? Magestic hoodoos or an airplane. Sob.

Bridges are cool, but this one is made of the orange colored rock of Bryce Canyon.
Here at Rainbow Point, at 9115 ft and perhaps the highest point in the park, you can see forever. Note the snow lingering into late April.
